A Unique Offer
Tame-Test, a unique offer covering your entire process
The Unique Tame-Test Offer
During the test strategy, we can start from the electronic component or from the finished product.
Why start from the component? Because it is more cost effective to find defects at the earliest stage. Some customers only want to check certain parameters of their components. For these cases, we rely on the component laboratory of Tame-Component, our sister brand.
Tame-Test develops, manufactures and maintains a complete line of industrial test equipment, adapted to different typologies and intended for electronic boards, sub-assemblies and integrated systems:
- Structural tests: tests occurring during the manufacturing of electronic boards. We start with the insertion machine to see if the coil is well placed in the right location, an automatic optical inspection, a flying probe test, etc.
- Functional tests: classic test benches
- Reliability and burn-in tests: eliminating early product defects
The Tame-Test offer means an ad-hoc process for your product development, from the unit measurements calculated by our engineers, to its acquisition, interpretation and implementation. From the development of interfaces to the development of complete test benches by our team of designers, engineers and technicians. From accessibility by bed of nails to accessibility by connectors.
Our solutions are designed using our standard hardware and software that are then adapted to fit your needs.
A complete mastery of the choice of material and manufacturers as well as the technical support of our engineering office, allow us to offer multi-physics tests.
Our entire line of products can be adapted as manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic testers (cobot, conveyor, etc.)
